I have done PGDM in Human Resources from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Bhubaneswar. During this tenure I did an internship at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on “Assessing Employee Attributes towards Organization Fit” in which I considered the human behavior in three different levels – micro (Individual Level), meso (Team Level) and macro level (Organization Level) to identify the gaps in several attributes which contribute to the P-O fit. Also, the correlation was done later on them to understand the level of job satisfaction.
