Dr. Yi is an assistant professor at the Moon Soul Graduate School of Future Strategy, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). His research centers around the sources and consequences of organizational reliability. In particular, he is interested in the organizational and strategic mechanisms which not only foster learning and innovation but also secure reliability in the process of change and competition. His recent studies examine the nature and role of imitation, routines, specialization, centralization, and memory.
