We are ex- CEOs engaged in training and coaching corporate executives to be better managers and leaders. Our having been in senior leadership roles for several years makes our developmental interventions more effective since we understand and have resolved the issues our trainees face. We are doing this work to pursue our passion for developing people. At the time of writing, I have coached 45 persons, most of them senior leaders in their companies, and clocked ~450 hours of coaching over the last 3 years.
