As manager of Torcon鈥檚 BIM services department, my duties include, but are not limited to, establishing and implementing standards for BIM projects, BIM project set up, Oversight and support of 3d coordination effort, Software license management and implementation, Evaluation and training on the use of BIM technology, Pre-construction studies, Development and implementation of 4d and 5d BIM. Internal company wide BIM support and development of future BIM and IPD technology as it fits into the construction industry workflow.
