I work with Agile teams to help them use frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, to delight customers. I facilitate team meetings to make sure teams are constantly improving, that work is flowing, and that processes are solving the problems they were designed to solve. I empower team members to increase transparency, not be afraid of appropriate conflict, and to learn and grow.
