Executive Board Meeting Minutes September 30, 2013 May be getting a new room for next Monday o We don’t all really fit in the KIMC o An e-mail will be sent out Officers must attend 6 events besides the meetings per semester We will be getting updated contact info sheets with the new E-Board members added to it Relay for Life o Bring it up at the meeting tomorrow night and see what the members think Meeting tomorrow in Pearce 225 @ 7:00 p.m. o Dress decently o Ice Breaker  5 question game Career Services will be coming to our meeting on the 15th o Coming in around 7:20 p.m. Someone from Leadership Institute will be speaking at a meeting in the future We need someone to come speak to us from Programming Board for Star Status 10 pictures a semester = a point T-shirts are underway! 15th is Tropical Smoothie fundraiser after the meeting o MAKE SURE YOU SAY ITS FOR NSCS o Save receipts to get an extra point o Bring a friend, get an extra point o Social and a fundraiser Haven’t heard anything about the pump-a-thon yet About $100 was received from getting pop cans last Tuesday Community Service o Soup kitchen  SaturdayOct. 26th  3 people max per shift  8-11 am 10:45-2:00 pm  Dress code o Halloween Related o November  Thursday the 23rd  Dance, 40’s themed o Rake and Run  Beginning of November, maybe the 9th ? Social o Papa’s pumpkin patch on the 12th  $5.00, we’ll pay the rest
o Haunted Yard  22nd of October  Meeting in Pearce 225 @ 6:30 p.m.  $2 donation PACE o Meeting with Norma We need 2 people to go to Scholarcon for platinum, star status
