Tikkun Olam is a Hebrew phrase that translates literally as "repairing the world". While I am not Jewish, I identify with the desire to bring healing and caring to those in need. Not surprisingly then, I鈥檓 a social worker - and now a wellness life coach. My friends may describe me as being effervescent with optimism, always working diligently at trying to make the world a better place, free of violence. I could be described as the tom-boy that finally grew up. I never owned a Barbie when I was little. Instead I played soccer. I feel most comfortable in a pair of jeans, fleece and my red Crocks.
