Supervise Interventionists who monitor the development of children with autism in home, the community and/or other natural settings.
Conduct assessments for new participants recommended by Kaiser Permanente to Easter Seals Autism Services.
Develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
Provide specialized enhanced supervision hours to clients.
Train and monitor performance of behavior interventionist. Conduct 1:1 meetings with therapist for performance appraisals and competency checks.
Conduct parent education, according to goals described in the treatment plan.
Serve as liaison between participants and Easter Seals.
