I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Geography. I started off as a CSR at Aegis, one of India's leading BPO; eventually taking the role of Team Lead and Mentor. In addition to this, I have also had face to face customer service experience as CRE at a Vodafone Store.
