Campus Recruiter, managing relationships with many of our top universities in order to identify and hire the best graduate and post-graduate talent for all of Newgen! We focuses primarily on technical software engineering positions for our Software Development Centers at Delhi NCR, Mumbai & Chennai. I work closely with internal client serving professionals to represent Newgen on campus through a variety of opportunities & to support the recruiting process, as well as with campus coordinating partners & senior members of the recruiting team to establish a consistent recruiting approach across each campus and service line.
