This document summarizes three different approaches in IT - ITSM, Agile, and DevOps - and compares them to three musketeers. ITSM is described as the oldest and most distinguished, similar to Athos. Agile is compared to Porthos, being loud and brash. DevOps is likened to Aramis, being quieter and focused on establishing new ways of working. The document then discusses how these three approaches can work together, with ITSM continuing in an adapted form to support Agile and DevOps initiatives. DevOps is said to be the future of Service Integration and Management.
