Dr. Baluka Sylvia Angubua is a PhD Student of Livestock Hewalth Economics, working at Makerere University. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Marketing), Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Sylvia was born in the 1970s during the reign of Idi Amin when health services had broken down and my mother says that i was lucky to survive Polio which my follower was not lucky enough to survive.
