I don't get elated by what we call 'Good times' and don't get despondent about 'Bad times'. Both are a matter of perception and a zero sum game. Somebody's loss is inevitably someone else's gain and vice versa - the Universe is always in balance. I have removed events and activities from what is intrisically ME!
