Physicist (UBA) and Economist (PhD, UBA). Participant in 3 postgraduate courses/summer schools at the ICTP (Trieste, Italy) and IMPA (Rio, Brazil) and 1 intership at the University of Andhra, India). More than 25 years of experience working as international civil servant, researcher, professor and consultant in the areas of energy sector, economic analysis, sustainable development and complex systems. Currently working as Director of Studies, Projects and Information at the OLADE (Latin American Energy Organization). Former staff member of the United Nations (CEPAL - ECLAC). Experience as professor teaching in several graduate and postgraduate courses in many Universities worldwide.
