Scot McRoberts leads the Virginia Council of CEOs, an independent non-profit association that serves CEOs of small and mid-sized companies in Virginia. He helped found the organization in 2000. Previously, McRoberts was a senior executive at the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, where he led small business programs, business retention efforts and developed the annual BIZ LINC b2b trade show. He started his career as an executive with the Boy Scouts of America, leading volunteers in their efforts to recruit and train leaders, raise money and recruit members.
