Scott Bailey is a native of Southern California. Enlisted in the United States Navy in October 1989 and volunteered for Submarine service as a Sonar Technician and later as an Information Systems Technician. Commands include USS ALEXANDRIA (SSN-757), USS COLUMBUS (SSN-762), Intermediate Maintenance Facility Pearl Harbor Hawaii, USS SANTA FE (SSN-763), USS BREMERTON (SSN-698) and Commander Submarine Force Pacific. He has resided in Hawaii on the island of Oahu since 1994. He retired from the United States Navy on 05 September, 2013 as the Fleet Cyber-Security Inspections and Assessments Coordinator for Commander Submarines Forces Pacific in Pearl Harbor Hawaii.
