If you are looking for face-to-face help in a group setting, Tobacco Free Florida offers free programs through the University of Miami | Area Health Education Centers (UM-AHEC).
UM AHEC - Quit Smoking Programs provide smokers with FREE support, guidance, and quit smoking aids (at no charge) like nicotine replacement patches, when available and medically appropriate, to help smokers become tobacco free.
