My background and experience stems from an aversion to manual, redundant activities. When presented with a task that is manual in nature, and is going to have to be repeated ad nauseam, my first thought is 鈥淭here has to be a better way.鈥� I have spent the last 15 years identifying and streamlining inefficient processes and tasks, utilizing technology-based solutions.
