Born one summer day in a very nostalgic town somewhere in Northern Philippines. Studied there up to high school, then transferred somewhere in the south for his college education. Returned and taught for a while in a local college, then joined the computer department of a food processing company for a short while. He is currently a civil servant desperately trying to generate project ideas to make the life of businessmen easier so that they can provide faster the much needed employment opportunities to the ever-growing members of the labor force.
