Saruhan BALABAN began his career as a civil engineer at TEPE Construction in 1993. Assuming his first overseas position in Moscow, Russian Federation at 2003, chronological order work experience;in Kazakhstan at 2007, Tatarstan at 2010, Turkmenistan at 2013 and Saudi Arabia at 2016.
Mr. Balaban joined TEPE Group in 2006 and served in senior management positions in Turkey, Kazakhstan, Russian Federation, and Turkmenistan at TEPE Group and its subsidiaries for the next 10 years.
