I have been a personal fitness trainer for nearly 20 years. Many of my clients have been with me over 10 years. I have 2 children both boys, 1 big dog, Rascal, 2 feisty cats, Hoot and Twix, and a Gecko named Max, We are very busy snowboarding, skiing, waterskiing and dirt bike riding. Parker is a star football player for the TO Lancers, he runs like the wind and loves to do back flips, gainers and front flips. He surfs and plays La Crosse. Ashton plays football for the TO Titans and is the 2nd fastest on his team which is amazing as he is the youngest and smallest. He surfs as well as snowboards which is a lot for an 8 year old to have accomplished so young.
