Dr. Zahir Ali, born on the 15th of January 1975 in Karnal Sher Killi, a town in the Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. From 1997 to 2000, he studied in the Physics Department, University of Peshawar, Pakistan and obtained Master degree in Physics.
