Mr. Sergio Miguel has worked for about 19 years in virology in the field of public health, particularly molecular diagnosis and research in Poliovirus, HIV, Hantavirus and Arenavirus and in the last fifteen years has specialized in activities related with biosafety and biocontainment, participating in the definition of programs, laboratory design, adaptation and modernization projects BSL2 and BSL3 laboratories, advising on acquisition of technology and scientific equipment and biological safety.
