• 3+ years of strong IT experience in designing, testing and deployment of service desk tools by HP, LANDesk and FrontRange and CRM by goldmine.
• Expertise in ITIL processes, documentation and analysing requirements and writing functional specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve problems quickly and tactfully, exercising sound judgement and decision making.
• Expertise in full cycle implementation of the ITIL defined processes within the service management tools under the project management approach.
• Expertise in providing trainings on a large scale with proper and well defined documentation.
• Strong ability to work independently and effectively at
