About
Shagai received his Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management of Yuan Ze University in Taiwan, Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering Institute of Mongolian University of Science and Technology of Mongolia. Shagai's research work focused on the Six Sigma improvement methodology, how to improve the process with zero harms. Most recently Shagai completed High and Low speed Motor installation and commissioning training in GE Philadelphia center, Pennsylvania.
