I am working in Convergys as Technical Support Engineer in Comcast Process. Our work is to troubleshoot the Internet issues of our client. We deal with Internet issues like slow speed issues, intermittent connection, no internet and other hardware issues. We also assist customers in connecting their Smart TV with the Internet and last but not the least we also deal with the account password reset. Our also have up selling as our job responsibility.
