As Sramana’s Chief Operating Officer, I head the company’s Management, Administration, Operations, Global Sales and Marketing. I am in charge of the organisational planning, goal setting and periodic review to make sure that the company’s operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, laws governing business operations and the policies of the board. I also oversee the development and establishment of adequate and equitable personnel policies throughout the organization, including compensation policies and employee benefit plans.
