I believe that building and delivering software is an acutely human experience. I am a strong advocate of Servant Leadership. My goal is to listen and guide the people that I am privileged to work with so they can achieve awesomeness in themselves, in the solutions they deliver; and ultimately, awesomeness in the people who use those solutions.
