Video games and sports, mostly mountain and road biking, CrossFit and Fitness in general, working to make myself stronger, faster, fitter, leaner, meaner. Taekwondo is hard as hell and anyone that says they can stand up after being spinning round house kicked to the head is either Superman or full of sh*t. Married to THE MOST beautiful woman on the earth, whom also happens to be super friggin' intelligent.
