I am a 34 year old first generation college student, who now is the proud holder of a PhD in social work. I made it to the summit of the mountain that I began climbing ten years ago; however, now that I think of it, I started climbing this mountain a long time before I ever went to college. I'm not sure what is next for me, but I know that regardless of what I do from here on out, no one can ever take away what I have gained from higher education. Life
