It was in 2007, Sham founded Motiofixo Sdn Bhd, now Malaysia's leading Creative Agency focuses on building brands & cultures from fun ideas. From a team of 3 people, Motio is now a multi-disciplinary design team of 25 with 10 years of experience managing brands & creative solutions.
As an entrepreneur, Sham is also an advocateur of entrepreneurship. He is a committee member of Global Enterpreneurship Movement (GEM) and also a board member of Girls in Tech Malaysia (GiT). He mentors several startups and advises them on strategic marketing, branding as well as business.
