I love puzzles. I am fascinated with human behavior. I believe in the innate goodness of humanity, and that providing people with opportunities to connect with purpose creates innovation and engagement. I am a proud nerd of all things learning. I love finish lines.
I am the fortunate person that is able to use all of those quirks/hobbies/passions to solve organizational problems (puzzles!) by defining behaviors needed to create change and meet goals (finish lines!), while engaging the people that will ultimately drive that change through learning strategies that enable them to do their job well (innate goodness.)
