I have a certificate in Basics of business and Business Principles from UNISA and Varsity College.
I also have BBA degree from UNISA majoring in business management and communication.
I am passionate about customer service, customer experience management and consumer rights and strive to adhere and uphold the values of these three principles in every day practice.
I have 4 years’ (going on 5) experience in MROC and telephonic panel communities development. In my current role at Dashboard Market Intelligence I hope to expand my knowledge and experience to developing and emerging markets in Africa and the Middle-East.
