I am a self-taught baker and a passionate cook owning and operating a Patisserie and catering business in the Pacific islands for 13 yrs. I started this facebook page to engage in conversation with people who love food, both eating and creating recipes, love wine, have travelled to experience food and wine around the world. All my work always involves sharing my experiences in cooking and gathering as much experience from others.
