Being HSE System and Database Engineer, I am responsible for:
- Preparation of HSE KPI Dashboard and HSE Performance Analysis to ExCo
- Bench-marking of HSE KPI and comparison with OGP
- Trend analysis of incidents to stop occurrence of incidents
- Monthly Summary & Statistics of Incidents along with HSE initiatives like mandatory training, awareness program, survey, audit and inspection.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually HSE summary to ExCo, Board and annual report respectively.
- Prepare a schedule for mandatory training, awareness program and HSEQ audit and conduct them accordingly.
