I graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University Division of Mathematics in 1998, also was enrolled in several educational programs on Callcenter and Project Management in the following years. After graduation, I worked in Project Management and CRM in the Telecommunication, Call Center and Banking Business. Since December 2009, I have been working for Turk Telekom as the Head of Complaint Management. In Business Life, I try to don鈥檛 do something repeatedly and like to purpose new ideas and innovation.
