Sherif's span of work for the 17 years he spent at Xerox, covered several company branches, affiliates, sister companies as well as head quarters. He has worked closely will ALL company levels: senior to middle managers and down to sales representatives. He developed and delivered training programs in several countries in the Middle East and Africa, as well as Asia, Europe and the USA.
He led the cultural change to TQM in Xerox, by training and developing top management providing tools and techniques, identifying pitfalls and ways of closing gaps. He helped company leaders develop their skills to build & recharge their teams.
