I am a trained Special Educator will an experience of 20 long years in this field. I started my carrier in the year 1995 in Jaipur as Special Educator in Disha- a resource centre for people with challenges. I worked there for 10 years dealing with all students with all kinds of challenges. I also was sent to London for a training programme. I used to plan and implement Individual Educational Plans academic and functional.I was also responsible for staff training and sensitizing. I was developing resource material for students and was also developing curriculum.
