Involved in core operations and maintenance of Airtel Mumbai network including problem and event management,network optimization,SLA/OLA,PSR,SCR, alarms/measurement file handling and KPI monitoring as well as SPOC for all critical/major events happening at the Airtel site.Also monitor performance, assess metrics and gather data systematically to enable continual service improvement.
