Dr. Earl Jude Paul L. Cleope obtained his BSE in 1987 (Cum Laude)and an MA major in History from Silliman University in 1993.He finished his Ph.D. degree major in History (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Santo Tomas in 1999.
He is currently the Dean of the College of education, Silliman University and Professor of History
