These days at Linkedin-ºÝºÝߣshare I am working on Ruby on Rails and Ember-js web frameworks. Working from database to UI level.
I have come to love writing JavaScript intensive web apps using client-side MVC frameworks like Ember, Backbone which talk to the server via an API.

Client Side MV* frameworks - Backbone, Ember
UI - Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, jQuery+plugins, underscore/mustache/handlebars client side templating
