Initiatives taken
Again, The Maldives Mission has a lot
of contributions towards education
especially in girls.
 The Millennium Development Program
has increased the literacy rate with a
steady but an eminent progress.
The educated children are also given
lots of opportunities of employment.
SUMMARY
So, as to what we saw, we conclude that;
Maldives health is considered the topmost
priority of the government.
The country is a very prosperous country with an
average literacy rate of 96.41% at present.
Various successful initiatives have been taken to
improve the condition of the country in the fields
of Health and education.
Even though it is a small island nation, the
people are extracting as much as they can from
human capital.
Although it is a developing country, it has almost
all the features a developed country has. In 2010
it was an LDC but it has progressed a lot in
development.
