I am currently working as a Postodctoral Researcher in Molecular Biophysics. After my Masters in Biotechnology I had my Ph.D in Structural Biology jointly from the Jawaharlal Nehru University,New Delhi and Central Drug Research Institute,Lucknow. My interests lie in biophysical and biochemical characterization of proteins in terms of their structures and their interaction analysis with other macromolecules like proteins and DNA and ligands like enzyme substrates, nucleotides and other co-factors like metal ions etc. Co-relation of their molecular structure with biological function(s) viz., binding site/ active site analysis of transcription regulatory proteins and enzymes.
