I currently work for a personnel recruiting company. I enjoy watching movies,reading books, planning and creating workshops. I make an effort to create a community that everybody can have the chance to exchange dialog and share their own ideas. I would like to make everyone feel positive about working in their organization. That is why I have been learning facilitation skills and couselling skill, and trying to utilize and use both skill in my workplace.
