Simply put, I'm glue. I'm a communicator and a coordinator. My experience is a bit broader (I've done e-learning, e-commerce, enterprise software systems, mobile, and web applications in addition to games) and I do more account management and information design than the video describes but this is a pretty good idea of what I do.
