Sifiso is a senior economist at NAMC and a registered PhD student researching the socio-economic impacts of carbon mitigation policy measures on agricultural sector in South Africa. His research focuses on understating the climate change and trade development nexus. He attempts to promote sustainable development i.e. striving for economic development whilst managing the environment for future generations. Sifiso has a growing number (11 papers as in September 2014) of papers published in peer reviewed local and international journals and conferences.
