About
As an examiner accredited by the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency - ANAC, I have been assessing and grading for licensing purposes the English proficiency level of hundreds of Brazilian pilots since 2007. I have also developed a great interest in this important relationship between safety and aviation English which has resulted in an ever-growing desire to master my performance as an ICAO rater.
I firmly support the idea that Aviation English exams with the specific purpose of rating pilots' proficiency should be well designed, aviation oriented, reliable and recognized by the Aviation community.
