Chris currently works as an internal usability consultant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Chris has worked as a technical writer, information designer, user researcher, and usability consultant for many years.
Chris is also a Senior Lecturer at the College of Professional Studies (CPS) at Northeastern University, where he has taught for fifteen years. He teaches graduate courses in many aspects of user experience. Chris is active in the community and regularly presents at national and international conferences. He is a past board member of UXPA Boston and the UXPA International Board of Directors.
