Sim Fern is the founder and Principal Upbeat Designs. As Principal of the company, Sim regularly collaborates with a network of clients in the design, architecture, hospitality and construction industries to craft and deliver building components that meet their custom needs. Some of Upbeat Designs’ most notable projects include the Grand Central Squash Tournament and the Mezzanine in the Financial District of New York City. Prior to founding Upbeat Designs, Sim worked in home repairs.
