About
As part of international team for Business Excellence, I am working in several plants in Europe to start Lean Six Sigma organisation at PGI.
My mission :
> Make Black Belt project (at least 2 projects per year with 250K€ savinsg each)
> Coach 15 Green Belt (DMAIC approched, Statistic tools, Minitab)
> Train Green Belt (2 weeks training)
> Develop culture of Lean Six Sigma in the organisation (kaizen activity, Project presentation to the board, communication...)
> Report benefits in P&L
